As part of or continuous growth, we are looking for reinforcement with immediate effect or by appointment a Compliance & Legal Associate (40-100%) as well as Compliance & Legal Senior Associate (40-100%).

Your field of activity:

• Regulatory assessment of pplications and business models in the FinTech, DLT, Blockchain, crypto-assets sectors (hereinafter collectively "FinTech")
• Advising on the planning and implementation of Fintech and other technology-based business models
• Drafting contracts related to Fintech and other technology-based business models
• Drafting of regulatory submissions.
• Regulatory clarifications in an international context with the involvent of local experts.
